The man walked into Papa John’s (off of South Orange Avenue in Newark) specifically to ask me for a $1. He actually reminded me of someone I know, so I asked him if he had a brother named Brandon. He said “no” and started to tell me his fathers were “Mike Tyson,” “Malcolm X” and [...] For awhile I have been desiring to take a trip into New York City for the sole purpose of taking pictures; last week Monday I received my wish and uploaded the pictures to the Internet. I also uploaded the pictures to my Panoramio [...] This morning I went outside to pick up a few snacks from a local gas station here in Newark and noticed the most beautiful sunrise I’d seen in awhile. It was so pink I could hardly believe it, and it made me wonder if it was unusual pink or just that I had not seen [...] |
